What to expect

• As a QA coach, you will use your expertise and Brightest best practices to advise the best QA approach, organization and strategy during an audit or pre-sales phase
• You draw up a practical implementation roadmap, adapted to the client’s capabilities and goals; incorporating the necessary tools, budget and risks to realise the proposed issues
• You will work at the customer to start up and support the agreed implementation roadmap for a certain period of time (or part-time)
• You report to both Brightest management and client management on the process and progress made
• Furthermore, depending on your competences and experience, you will take charge of one or more solutions and areas of expertise we offer at Brightest, being responsible for both R&D and commercial actions to be taken

Your background

• You have knowledge of various QA methodologies and best practices that you can apply and guide/coach
• You have a good understanding of various SDLC concepts and processes (Agile, BDD, Shift-left; DevOps) and how QA fits into these
• You have experience conducting and leading workshops
• You are able to quickly understand the sector in which the client operates
• You are able to detect opportunities during audits, pre-sales meetings and coaching processes at customers premises
• Additional technical experience and/or knowledge of automation testing is a plus
