Test Manager / Coordinator

What to expect

  • As Test manager / coordinator, you will use your expertise and Brightest best practices to oversee and manage the implemented test process
  • You will manage and take end responsibility of all QA activities at a customer
  • You will communicate fluently and clearly with your team members and report to the various stakeholders on the process and the progress made
  • You will make suggestions to improve the current process where necessary
  • You are willing to help with day-to-day testing activities when needed


Your background

  • You have knowledge of multiple QA methodologies and best practices
  • You have a good understanding of various SDLC concepts and processes (Agile, BDD, Shift-left DevOps) and how QA fits into these
  • You have a motivating and inspiring personality who can pull teams and stakeholders along
  • You are able to quickly understand the sector in which the client operates
  • You are able to detect opportunities during client projects
  • Additional technical experience and/or knowledge of automation testing is a plus
