“At Attentia’s IT department, we work with 2-weekly sprints in multidisciplinary teams. That is, a team consists of a project owner, analyst, scrum master, developers and a tester. In team, the content of the sprint is determined. Then there is a commitment from the team to deliver the sprint together. Everyone has a say and if necessary then colleagues help each other to complete the sprint.”
